If your bat is broken or defective, you may send it to us for inspection.
Upon inspection, if your bat barrel is broken, you may use the bat's previously purchased warranty or replacement and we'll take care of the bat at no charge.
Upon inspection, if your knob or endcap is broken, we will repair the bat for a fee as long as the bat has not been tampered by the user. If the bat has been tampered or modified, we will send you the necessary parts to fix your bat for a fee.
Upon inspection, if your bat is defective it will be replaced with a bat of your choice that is currently in stock and available for purchase on our website.
All bats that are inspected to no longer comply with certification will have their certification removed from the bat.
You will be responsible for paying shipping charges incurred while delivering the bat to us. We will pay to ship it back to you.
