Shipping policy

Items advertised as "In Stock" may still take 2-3 weeks to ship depending on our warehouse's current workload.

All purchases are shipped complete unless they contain a pre-order item. Pre-order items will be shipped at a later date.

Purchases are shipped in the order they are placed.

Damage during shipping will not be reimbursed unless you optionally added Shipping Protection to your order.

Military discounts are applied after purchase and the difference is refunded.
