If your bat has an FIB issue, you can have it sent to us for repairs. Please save and print the information sheet included on this page to continue the process. Turnaround time is 2-3 days once the bat arrives at our warehouse, not including shipping times.
IMPORTANT: Please email sales@monstaathletics.com with a video of the sound your bat makes! Not all sounds indicate an FIB issue, so we'd like to verify the problem before you spend your time and money shipping us a bat.
You should not buy this service ahead of time. If your repair requires charge, we will instruct you to buy this when necessary.
